Astrology Class?

Written by:

I woke up to this Pisces moon with the immediate urge to write two, deeply personal poems. Poems so personal, in fact, that it might be months until I’m able to share them. You’ll likely be reading them once I’ve processed the reality of what I’ve admitted through my clever lines. I’m not trying to tease you by not sharing the art I’m speaking about. I’m really just trying to explain to you a theory I have about how the moon affects the creative process. Hopefully, by the end of this post, you’ll have an ideal structure for yourself for creation, especially when you don’t feel like creating.

When I talk about my spiritual theories I love starting in the present, moving to the past for evidence, and then moving to the future for a plan of action. Today the moon is in Pisces, as I’ve said, but it’s also important to mention that the moon is in the 11th house. Why is this important? Well, the 11th house describes friendships, communities, and originally. Let’s just say, my poem was about the condemnation of my unique nature in the perspective of others, others specifically close to me… So, like I said:

✩ Moon = Emotions // Pisces = Poetry // 11th House = Friendships/Uniqueness

See what I mean? I haven’t done this yet, but I’d like to take a look at the recent past, comparing what I created with the moon’s sign and house placements. Here’s a map of the last two weeks and what I created on these days:

I’ll give you the resources necessary to make your own conclusions first:

The Moon’s Signs

The Houses

Here are my conclusions:

On Fixed sign moons, I tend to create more art. In addition, I created the most on fire and water sign days. My Venus, Mercury, and Mars are water signs… my moon is a fire sign. What do you think? I’m Earth void, not including my Virgo rising. On Earth moons I’m more likely to make a TikTok or write a blog post than create a visual art, whether paint or pen. Now, when viewing the houses… In the beginning when the moon was in the 4th house, while my girlfriend and I watched our daily TV show binge (specifically Criminal Minds), I drew many paintings. Feeling comfortable in my own home was definitely inspiring me to create art. When the moon was in the 5th and 6th house, I posted every single day; these are two houses that are heavy in my chart. When the moon was in the 7th house, the house of relationships where my Venus and moon are, I perceived both my past and future but not my present self. I posted a lot on TikTok when the moon was in the 9th and 10th house because those houses correlate to my desire to voice my belief systems to many people.

What did you find when comparing the moon’s signs and houses to your own creative schedule?

Now that we know this is the case, let’s make a plan for the future, shall we? Here’s a forecast for the next week:

January 17th: moon in Pisces in the 11th house

January 18th: moon in Aries in the 12th house

January 19th: moon in Aries in the 12th house

January 20th: moon in Aries in the 12th house

January 21st: moon in Taurus in the 12th house

January 22nd: moon in Taurus in the 1st house

January 23rd: moon in Gemini in the 1st house

Here are my horoscopes based on this information:

Tomorrow: Write a poem for all of your clothes friends. If you dare, share the poems.

January 18th – 20th: Don’t worry if it doesn’t immediately hit you, you might wake up at 3am wanting to splatter paint at a canvas these days. Or you might just feel inclined to express yourself physically, like running into the woods and screaming at the top of your lungs. You don’t have to leave a trace to be a successful artist.

January 21st: Draw a picture or paint a portrait of your room if it was completely your room, and if no one else could judge the way you designed it.

January 22nd: Paint a self portrait because today you feel beautiful and real.

January 23rd: Write a short story or diary entry about a fantastic memory with your closest friends. I know you forgot to write it down when it happened, but it’s never too late to capture your own good times.

Book a Reading

I don’t have a reading for each of the signs this week, because instead I thought I’d put the spotlight on personal readings. Whether or not this post made any sense to you, you can learn more by sharing your chart with me directly. If you’re interested in receiving spiritual guidance, I’m here:
